Citizen First Aid (PSC) training
The PSC (Citizen First Aid) training aims to empower you to intervene immediately in the event of a life-threatening emergency. It is divided into two essential parts: a theoretical phase to identify risks (choking, severe bleeding, cardiac arrest) and an intensive practical phase. During hands-on simulations, trainees learn how to perform life-saving techniques, such as CPR, using a defibrillator (AED), or placing a victim in the recovery position. In short, a PSC-trained citizen is the key player in an emergency: they act with composure to protect the victim and stabilize their condition while waiting for professional emergency services to arrive.

First Response Team Member (ERM) Firefighting Training
The goal of PPE training is to equip your employees to respond immediately to the outbreak of a fire. It is divided into two essential parts: a theoretical phase to understand the causes of fire (the fire triangle) and fire classes, and an intensive practical phase. During the exercises, employees learn to select and use the correct fire extinguisher (water, powder, or CO2) and to safely apply evacuation procedures. In short, PPE is the first line of defense in fire safety: it acts calmly to extinguish a fire or limit its spread while awaiting the arrival of the fire department.
